Position: Admin Customer Communication

Salary: AED 7000 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Performs day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns

2) Troubleshoots technical issues related to HTML templates, responsive design, email testing, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required

Experience: 2+ years of experience in hands-on email marketing role. Deep understanding of Oracle Eloqua is a must. Good understanding of Web, CMS and related technologies. Expert knowledge of leading email marketing strategies and email marketing best practices. Thorough understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design. Ability to proactively manage projects, and collaborate with team members and external vendors to meet goals and deadlines in an organized and self-driven manner. Ensure consistency and integration of message, branding, creativity, and content across email campaigns.
