Position Available:

1) Hotel Receptionist (Male/Female)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management/Business Administration

Basic Skills Required:

  • Customer Centric Attitude
  • Highly Organized
  • Computer Literate
  • Familiarity with Hotel Reservation Software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding time management ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role in Hotels

Language:

  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus

Joining Preferences:

  • Immediate joiners preferred

2) Bell Boys

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Hospitality or Vocational Training Certificate

Basic Skills Required:

  • Friendly, responsible, and superior customer service skills
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services
  • Courteous, helpful, proactive, and switched-on personality
  • Physically fit, passionate, with a positive attitude
  • Good communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the concierge section within a hotel

Language:

  • Good command of English; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
