Position: IT Support Engineer

Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). MCSE, ITL or CCNA certification are big plus.

Experience: Minimum of 3 year professional experience in IT Desktop Support.

Skills: Familiar with troubleshooting common productivity tools such as, Windows OS, Mac OS – Advanced . Must have experience in imaging software like SCCM Excellent experience with Active Directory User Management Exchange / outlook experience JIRA Service Desk or Service Now strong usage experience Excellent customer handling experience Should have strong experience support of IT operations, support system operations, document issues, and work directly with end-users.
