Position: Hotel Administrative Assistant

Experience: Previous experience as a Hotel Admin Assistant.

Skill: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Global mindset and adaptability to diverse cultures and environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the hotel management team.
  • Assist with daily office operations, including answering phones, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Maintain records and databases, including employee files, inventory, and guest information.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
