Requirements (Must-Have Experience):
✅ Prior experience in a managerial front office role within an international 5-star hotel chain
✅ Proven expertise in market segmentation and strategic guest targeting
✅ Hands-on experience with travel agencies and online booking portals (OTA management)
✅ Advanced revenue management and upselling skills
✅ Strong team leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide associates toward operational excellence
✅ Excellent communication in English and Arabic
✅ Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure with precision
