Open Position:  Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities
• Source, screen, and hire top performing real estate sales agents
• Develop effective recruitment strategies for commission based roles
• Build strong pipelines of active and passive candidates
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on sales potential &
knowledge
• Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines while maintaining quality of
hires.
• Collaborate with management to align hiring with business goals
📈What We are Looking For
• Proven experience in real estate recruitment or sales hiring in UAE
• Strong network or sourcing ability for real estate agents in Dubai
• Ability to identify high closer profiles, not just volume hiring
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Target driven mindset with a focus on quality hires
• Real Estate Experience Preferred
