Position: Facilities management administrators

Job Description:

1) Ensures that all site residents are provided with clean and safe housing and hygiene facilities through the cost-effective and efficient construction, maintenance, and continuous improvement of buildings, facilities, amenities, and equipment to provide satisfactory living standards.

2) Ensures that the standards, quality, delivery and price of the laundry service provided to all residents and employees comply with the established quality standards.

3) Ensure transportation is carried out as per the assigned plan, schedules and as per the Operations requirements.
ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

4) Administration skills in preparing weekly and monthly reports

5) Collection of cheques and deposit to petty cash through the petty cash SAP

6) Coordinate with warehouse to order residential requirements

7) Involve our onsite residents to make use of the online suggestion scheme and online hazard system to build culture of awareness among them.

Salary: AED 5,500 – 6,500
