Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Setting Monthly Sales targets – Coordinating with MIS & Category In charges for sending the monthly target proposal to get TM approval.
2. Maximizing sales and profitability by monitoring staff productivity and Daily sales average
3. Reading daily Sales Reports and instruct team to perform accordingly.
4. Keeping track of Categories target VS achievement on daily and monthly basis.
5. To be aware of competition, retail sector trends and current trading opportunities, watching market prices and keeping update by coordinating with Purchase team in each branch visit.
6. Ensure all shops are efficiently and effectively managed, visiting them regularly as per Visit Planner which has been approved by TM, and monitoring their compliance with policy, procedure and standards, Updating and checking all the points in the checklist in each Branch visit.
07. Measures to augment the bottom line by cost cutting & high adequate mix of high margin & high value product lines.
08. Coaching the employees how to optimize space for special events, such as in-store discount sales/ promotions.
09. Monitor the staff for their customer service to ensure a satisfied clientele, and ensure adherence to all legislation relating to, store and licensing etc.
10. Monitor and direct daily operations to ensure that goals and objectives are met in term of sales targets, margin and profit and take corrective action when necessary.
11. Promote customer service excellence by running surveys and analyzing benchmarks.
