Experience: 1-3 years of working experience as data entry clerk in a FMCG work environment

Education: Diploma Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, etc.) Minimal Supervision in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to details Ability to multitask effectively

Job Description Material Flow Documentation Ensure all movement of material is documented both internally and externally at the assigned location Ensure external material flow documentation is inputted into the system directly Loading and Unloading Maintain clear documentation of all material loaded and unloaded at the assigned location
Warehouse Organization Design and enforce Warehouse organization policy. Coordinate with the storekeeper to ensure that the policy is being followed Teamwork Safety Ensure clear delegation and communication is constant within the team Conduct routine performance reviews for the team and clearly highlight potential areas of weakness. Work with them to ensure those areas are rectified The Officer is responsible for their own safety as well as the safety of their team members The Officer is responsible for ensuring the availability of all PPE required for all their team members Data Validity The Officer is responsible for the constant update and validity of all the data relating to their assigned location
