Education: Finance and Supply Chain Department Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or similar
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years experience in cost management & F&B controlling & pricing in a 5-star hospitality environment Experience with accouting system, POS systems, and cost inventory systems
2) Commis 1
Education: Culinary Affairs Department
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in pastry section & 2 years as Commis chef Certification in culinary field and kitchen food production Have worked for a 5-star property or a respective food catering service establishment. Excellent knowledge of baking and pastry-making techniques Creativity, precision, and attention to details History of local & international Chefs Competitions preferred
