Position: Special Educator

Job Overview:

• Plan and conduct engaging instructional activities while ensuring smooth classroom management.

• Implement Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs in collaboration with therapists and families.

• Conduct structured, student-centered lessons using multisensory approaches to accommodate diverse learning needs.

• Collaborate closely with therapists and other professionals through shared goals and coordinated strategies embedded in daily student routines.

• Track student progress using observations, assessments, and data collection.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education from a recognized university.

• 3–5 years’ experience in special education (UAE experience preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

• Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)

• Literacy Instruction, Functional Skills, and Life Skills Training

• Transdisciplinary Approach, Multisensory Teaching Methods

• IT and Documentation Skills
