Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital, print, outdoor, and radio marketing campaigns

• Manage social media, content calendars, and online engagement

• Oversee creatives, printing processes, and vendor coordination

• Handle digital ads across platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.)

• Plan and manage events, festive campaigns, and in-store promotions

• Supervise radio advertisements — scripts, scheduling, and performance

• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve high-quality outcomes

• Manage budgets, cost control, and ROI tracking

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners

• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

• Study market trends and monitor competitor activities

• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance

• Maintain organized marketing records, approvals, and documentation
