Position: Deputy General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage hotel operations to maximize efficiency and revenue.
• Attract, develop, and retain department heads and employees, adhering to company and legal standards.
• Provide leadership in quality initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Manage expenses to control costs while delivering excellent guest service.
• Represent the company positively, focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Oversee operational departments to enhance financial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and review operational policies and procedures.
• Promote a high-performance, positive work culture.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and compliance.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on values, mission, and long-term planning.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Deputy General Manager in a 4 or 5-star resort, especially with all-inclusive packages.
• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal), with strong communication, training, and leadership skills.
• Experience in management, finance, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to build relationships and foster consensus among team members.
