Position: Site Engineer (with Estimation Experience)
Location: Dubai

Requirements:
– 2 to 4 years of UAE experience in building renovation/maintenance projects
– Strong knowledge of estimation, material take-off, and BOQ preparation
– Good understanding of site supervision, manpower handling, and project coordination
– Ability to read drawings, prepare quotations, and assist in tendering
– Experience in handling suppliers & subcontractors
– Must be capable of preparing daily and weekly progress reports
– Knowledge of handling tools, materials, and minimizing wastage
– Excellent communication and reporting skills
– UAE driving license is an added advantage

Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities
– Prepare cost estimation, quotations, and project budgets
– Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
– Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
– Ensure quality standards and safety measures are met
– Maintain accurate site documentation
– – Lead site staff and ensure proper work distribution
