Position: MEP Technician (Abu Dhabi)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance of HVAC systems, including A/C units
- Execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM) for HVAC
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, including DB modification, power outages, and system malfunctions
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, water tanks, pumps, and sump pit systems
Requirements:
- Minimum experience in Facilities Management (FM)
- Hands-on knowledge in A/C maintenance, electrical systems, and plumbing
- Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
- Immediate joiners preferred
