Experience: 2-3 yrs of experience in Data Analytics, Business Process Re-engineering able to relate at least 1-2 analytics project delivered in a lead role with the benefit impact. Prior exposure to Call Center Analytics. Critical thinking & problem-solving skills. Ability to conduct process gap analysis & drive projects to improve overall efficiency. Proficient in MS Office Excellent communication, presentation skills & Stakeholder Mgmt. Work experience with leading firms like Accenture, HSBC, SCB, etc. Desirable. Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, SAS

Salary: AED 5000 to 10000
