Position: Food Hygiene & Safety Officer
Requirements:
• Monitor and supervise kitchen staff operations to ensure efficiency, discipline, and smooth execution.
• Inspect kitchen and hygiene areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
• Ensure adherence to food hygiene protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain and update checklist compliance records.
• Track audit outcomes, hygiene reports, and sample logs through the inspection platform.
• Generate daily and periodic compliance reports for the management team.
• Report and escalate non-compliance or quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Conduct hygiene awareness and SOP training .
Job Details
• Location: Dubai (UAE)
• Salary : No Salary Bar for right candidate.
• Qualification:- Any diploma and graduation in food technology
