Position: DevOps Engineer

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, Information Technology.

Experience: 4-10 years of experience in software development. Strong hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Newrelic, Grafana (Application), Prometheus, ELK. Proficient in CI/CD tools Jenkins, Terraform, bash/python scripting. Hands-on experience on public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP. Hands-on experience on container / microservices technologies like Docker & Kubernetes. Experience with HelmCharts and ArgoCD is a plus Experience in Linux system troubleshooting & network troubleshooting.

2) Product Manager, Core Services

Experience: Previous experience as a Product Manager, or similar, for 8-10 years. Strong technical understanding and experience, needed as the role entails building the foundation for all domains. “A natural” in Agile process and principles.

Skill: Very strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative thinker with a vision.  A leader and entrepreneur, driven by the impact. A bit of OCD and above-average attention to detail.

3) Technical Support Engineer (T2)

Skill: Good understanding of technical trends, SaaS-based software application architectures, and highly motivated to know more about the latest technologies and new software products. Team player with good communication skills and interpersonal skills. Nice to have shell scripting skills. Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsible: for interacting with business partners to identify information needs and business/technical requirements for reports. Strong Kibana knowledge is a must.
