🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Conduct project feasibility studies and analysis

Prepare and review interim payments
-
Manage sub-contracts and commercial activities
-
Handle project estimation and variations
-
Perform site measurement and valuation
-
Prepare project cost reports and reconciliations
-
Develop BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cash flow forecasts
🔹 Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field

Proficiency in:
▪ PlanSwift
▪ AutoCAD
▪ MS Office Package
▪ SketchUp & Lumion
▪ Primavera P6
