Position: Financial Controller

Location: Shahrahe Faisal, PECHS

Reports To: CFO or Managing Director

Department: Finance

Skills:

The Financial Controller will oversee the company’s financial operations, including:

• Financial reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Internal controls and compliance
• Managing cash flow and providing strategic insights for business growth

Requirements:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements compliant with GAAP/IFRS.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting and financial planning processes while monitoring performance.
• Accounting Operations: Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end close.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Compliance & Tax: Ensure adherence to tax laws and coordinate external audits.
• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls.
• Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, ACCA, or CIMA certification required.
• Experience: 5-7 years in finance/accounting, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and proficiency in ERP systems.
