Positions: Leisure & Fitness Marketing Executive

Job Description:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for leisure and fitness facilities (gyms, spas, wellness programmes).
• Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and handling live event coverage.
• Collaborate with fitness and leisure managers to create promotional offers and events for member engagement and retention.
• Monitor and analyse marketing campaigns, providing detailed reports for data-driven decisions.
• Assist in budget management, defining spend allocation across digital, print, and media assets.
• Coordinate the production of promotional materials, including photo shoots and videos.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing, preferably within the fitness or leisure industry.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, CRM systems, and campaign management.
• Experience with social media management, including live event coverage.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Experience in budget management and working with marketing managers on budget planning.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends in the fitness industry.
• Flexibility to adjust working hours for events and promotions.
