Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Supervise and support staff to ensure top-quality service.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.
• Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling team members.
• Help in achieving sales targets and managing costs.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic restaurant financials and inventory control is a plus.
