Requirements:
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in procurement within EPC, Oil & Gas, (HVAC, Civil, Shutdown & Turnaround Experience).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle, procurement workflows, and material management systems.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of international codes, standards, and sourcing practices.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute end-to-end procurement activities for EPC and shutdown/turnaround projects.
• Review project specifications, technical documents, and Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare, issue, and evaluate Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and conduct technical-commercial bid evaluations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain a robust vendor database and ensure compliance with approved vendor lists.

• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and construction teams to ensure timely material and service availability.
• Track material deliveries, manage logistics, and resolve procurement-related issues to minimize project delays.
• Ensure procurement processes adhere to company procedures, cost control measures, and HSE standards.
• Support cost estimation and budgeting for upcoming shutdowns and turnaround projects.
