Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
Monitor inventory levels, stock management, and supplier coordination.
Drive sales targets and implement strategies to boost revenue.
Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health/safety standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Analyze sales reports and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in a supermarket or retail environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
