Requirements:
• Experience in recruitment within the UAE real estate sector (mandatory)
• Currently based in the UAE
• Strong coordination and documentation skills

Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
• Schedule and conduct interviews; coordinate with hiring managers
• Update candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports
• Assist with employer branding and recruitment campaigns
