Position: Marketing Personnel – Pulses & Grocery in Kerala.

Job Requirements:

• Number of Vacancies: 2
• Experience:
  • Graduate with 3 years’ experience, or
  • Undergraduate with 5 years’ experience
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the wholesale grocery & staple business in Kerala.
• Skills:
  • Developing territory and route plans
  • Identifying and categorizing customers (dealers/distributors)
  • Negotiation and agreement making
  • Business development and client management
  • Regular payment follow-ups and collection
  • Organizing/participating in fairs/exhibitions
  • Ability to drive sales through wholesale dealers, distributors, and channel partners.

Additional Requirements:

• Two-wheeler with a valid license
• Prior experience in marketing staples is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of channel partners, including sales capacity and creditworthiness.
• Partner with Merchandise Manager to drive sales.
• Ensure all customer queries and complaints are addressed within agreed timelines.
• Use regular sales reports to communicate business results and competitor activities.
