Position: Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE

About Us:
ETHPE was established in 1989 under the trade name SARL ETHPE in Algeria. Our Dubai office operates under ETHPE Contracting LLC, developing an integrated approach in Public Works, Hydraulics, and Environment sectors.

Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors / Estimation Engineers with local experience in civil infrastructure projects including:

• Earthwork

• Sewerage Networks

• Stormwater Networks

• Irrigation Networks

• Ductworks

• Potable Water Networks

• Road Works & Road Lighting

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Work on Pre-Contract and Post-Contract activities, including Interim/Final Payment Certificates, Bills of Quantities, Variations, Rate Analysis, Tender Estimates, Budgets, Forecasts, and Prolongation Cost
• Evaluate Tender Documents to clarify ambiguities and minimize disputes
• Provide Technical Services related to Contract Administration, Tender Documentation, Project Costing
• Review Conditions of Contract to identify Contractor responsibilities, liabilities, and potential risks
• Prepare and negotiate Variations, control Sub-Contractor accounts, measurements, payments, and settlement of final accounts
• Prepare and assess claimable situations, measurement, and negotiation with Engineer
• Review Project Cost and Timetable to ensure alignment with approved budget and schedule; report deviations promptly
• Check and reconcile Sub-Contractor claims on quantities monthly

Requirements:
• Proven experience in UAE civil infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and project costing
