Position: Front Desk Executive
Requirements:
1) Entry-level role, with 1yr experience
2) Hands-on experience with office machines
3) In-depth knowledge of office management and bookkeeping
4) Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
5) Team player
6) Good time-management skills
7) Great interpersonal and communication skills
8) Customer-oriented mindest
9) Greet, communicate with and welcome guests Answer all the customers’ questions and address their complaints Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed Receive letters, packages and send them to the appropriate destination Check, sort and forward emails Monitor office supplies Make supply orders when needed Monitor and update records and files Monitor and log office expenses and costs
Salary: 3,000 – 3,300 plus company transport.
