Position: Manager – Engineering
📍 Location: Ghana
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Manager – Engineering to join a large-scale agricultural project in Ghana.
Role Overview:
• Oversee farm equipment operations and maintenance
• Lead and train technicians on tractors, harvesters, and related machinery
• Ensure efficient utilization and upkeep of all agricultural equipment
Key Requirements:
• Degree / Master’s in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in farm mechanization and agricultural equipment preferred
Project Scale:
• Primary block: ~66,000 hectares
• Expansion potential: up to ~130,000 hectares
Candidates must be willing to relocate and be based in Ghana for the duration of the assignment.
