Position: Flight Operations Coordinator
Experience: Minimum 2 years in aviation services or airport operations
Education: Candidate should have a tertiary qualification or higher
Skill: Verbal and written fluency in English, other language is a plus Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills and customer service skills Good understanding of aviation concierge services, experience in hotel bookings and hospitality sector is advantageous.
Responsibilities: Providing pre-flight consultation Conducting route analyses Arranging worldwide ground handling services (including fuel and permits), Coordinating with CAAs, agents, handlers and associated third party vendors Working in a multicultural team to coordinate high-quality services for corporate business jets, commercial carriers, ambulance flights and government VIP flights Maintaining excellent customer service standards
