Responsibilities:
– Prepare and create pastries and desserts.
– Maintain consistency and quality in all products.
– Train and oversee kitchen staff.
– Manage inventory and order ingredients as needed.
Requirements:
– Experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
– Culinary degree or certification in Pastry Arts preferred. – Strong baking skills and creativity.
– Leadership and teamwork abilities.
