Position: IT Support Engineer

Skills:

• Software Management: Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Desktop Support: Provide technical assistance for desktop computers, including hardware and software issues.
• Security and Network Services: Assist in managing network security, firewalls, and user access.
• Device Management: Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and other devices.
• AMC Support Coordination: Coordinate with Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service providers for timely support and issue resolution.
• Multimedia Support: Set up and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment for meetings and presentations.
• Office Equipment Support: Maintain and support other office equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
