Position:

1. Recruitment Specialist (Urgent)

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 – 4,500

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across the UAE

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

• Coordinate with hiring managers on job requirements

• Post vacancies and manage applications

• Maintain and update ATS when needed

• Build a strong talent pipeline

• Ensure recruitment practices comply with UAE labour laws

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year UAE recruitment experience (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals

• ATS experience is an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and organize efficiently

• Must be currently based in Dubai
