Open Positions: Head of Operations / Area Manager – Supermarket sector

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end store operations
Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and profitability
Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance
Manage and develop operations and store management teams
Implement policies, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior operations role within supermarkets or retail
Strong leadership and people management skills
Solid understanding of retail operations, supply chain, and inventory control
Results-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities
