Position: Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Key Responsibilities:
1) Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the daily housekeeping operations.
2) Supervise and motivate the housekeeping team, ensuring adherence to established standards.
3) Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
4) Oversee the inventory and replenishment of housekeeping supplies. Train, coach, and develop housekeeping staff members.
5) Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest requests and special instructions are fulfilled promptly.
6) Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, following health and safety guidelines.
7) Assist in budgeting and cost control measures related to housekeeping operations.
