Position – Revenue Executive

Responsibilities:
-Monitor daily room inventory, pricing, and competitor rates to optimize revenue
-Implement and support revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR
-Manage OTA channels and ensure rate parity across all booking platforms
-Analyze market trends and prepare performance and forecast reports
-Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to align revenue strategies
-Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
-Identify new revenue opportunities and improve overall yield performance

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
-Minimum 1–2 years of experience in revenue, reservations, or front office (hospitality preferred)
-Strong analytical and reporting skills
-Proficiency in MS Excel and PMS systems (Opera preferred)
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
