Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Background in outdoor adventure, mountaineering, or guiding

• Strong physical fitness and stamina

• Safety certifications (First Aid, CPR; rescue training preferred)

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Previous experience in tourism, adventure sports, or guiding roles

• Candidates of Nepalese, Sri Lankan, or European nationality are strongly encouraged to apply (due to work permit and operational requirements)
