Loom Collection is seeking a talented, detail-oriented professional to join our team in Dubai Investment Park 1, UAE.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage monthly procurement based on sales and stock levels.
2. Communicate with suppliers for quotations and shipping documents.
3. Track procurement data in Excel (pricing, quantities, landed cost, arrivals).
4. Enter Purchase Orders in Odoo.
5. Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock arrivals.
6. Support inventory tracking and costing entries.
7. Maintain accurate internal data systems.
8. Assist with vendor invoices and payment approvals.
