Position: Hospitality Manager

Responsibilities:

• • Oversee all aspects of lodge and restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• • Implement and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety.
• • Coordinate with department heads to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• • Guest Relations
• • Foster a welcoming environment, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• • Develop personalized services to exceed guest expectations.
• • Staff Leadership
• • Recruit, train, and mentor a dedicated team of hospitality professionals.
• • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• • Encourage a positive work culture that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
• • Financial Oversight
• • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize profitability.
• • Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
• • Marketing and Partnerships
• • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the lodge and restaurant.
• • Establish partnerships with local businesses and tour operators to enhance guest offerings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in hospitality management, preferably within luxury boutique hotels or lodges.
• Experience in Dubai or South Africa’s hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication abilities in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Solid understanding of hospitality software and reservation systems.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Already residing in Dubai is a significant advantage.
