Project Director -Develops robust strategic roadmap supporting MAK overall strategy. -Plans and monitors all MAK Dubai projects, associated internal and external stakeholders ensuring full alignment with MAK standards. -Leads MAK Engineering diverse teams on premise & site. -Manages main Contractors from technical & operational perspectives with clear focus on claims management. – Drives Operational excellence & perpetual client interface. Develops schedules, monitors costing across all MAK projects & reports progress to the Executive Leadership Team on regular basis. Hence, the incumbent is responsible to define scope of multifunctional projects, reconcile conflicting requirements, introduce realism and assess long term impact.
