Position: Facade Designer/Enginer

Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 4 years working experience and good technical knowledge including facade systems, facade materials, facade performances, specification, testing, manufacture, and site. Good hands on experience with 2D/3D AutoCAD, Revit BIM (Building Information Modelling) and Autodesk Inventor software is an asset. Experience with multi-residential/commercial buildings is an asset. To be familiar with British & Global Standards used in the Construction Industry.

License: UAE Driving licence is mandatory

Responsibility: Undertake the design, engineering, and documentation Providing input, resolve technical problems and ensure quality of products and services on projects undertaken by the team. Work closely with the Team Leader or Project Leader on all technical matters relating to the projects Undertake liaison and coordination with other designers, including architects, and other engineers to agree on safe designs and their fit with the aesthetic and concept of the construction. Work under minimal supervision with defined areas of responsibility. Represent the team/group/profession/discipline at external meetings.
