Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.

Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Credit Control department preferably with Medical/pharmaceutical Industry in UAE. SAP experience is an added advantage.

Skill: Fluent written and spoken English is essential/ Arabic proficiency is an advantage. Computer literate with programs such as word, excel, and PowerPoint

Job Responsibilities: Ensure timely collection on due date from customers assigned. Implement Company credit policy and contribute to the success of Credit Control department. Ensure distribution of the statements to all customers within a predetermined time frame and ensure customer’s statements are up to date and attend to customers queries related to the statements and following up the payments. . Consistent follow up with company execution team to have anu update on work progress in the projects and ensure timely payment collection from customers Post daily payments and communicate with customer for any payment discrepancies and ensure to timely address any discrepancy. Ensure proper filing of all the documents and use online documentation to the full capacity. Monitor credit limits of customers and ensure it is regularly reviewed and revised. Ensure customers master data are updated, including but not limited to: collect updated Trade License, contact details are up to date and all other details.
