Positions: Reservation Specialist

Required Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Excellent command of English,
• Having a minimum of 3 years travel agency or hotel experience in the field of reservation,
• Having knowledge of using package programs related to tourism is a plus,
• Problem solving skills,
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills,
• Developed analytical thinking, planning, reporting skills,
• Open to self-development,
• Responsible for task follow-up,
• Strong written and verbal communication,
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Able to travel
• Currently residing in Dubai, UAE

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage hotel reservations and ensure accurate, timely processing.
• Communicate with hotels and tour operators to confirm bookings and address discrepancies.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via email and phone, providing accurate details on availability, pricing and itineraries.
• Maintain and update reservation records, including confirmations and cancellations.
• Ensure all bookings align with guest preferences and company standards.
• Address booking issues and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the contract and operation teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Inserting and checking the stop sales from hotel partners
• Supporting complaint handling
