Position: IT Support & Network Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

. Network & Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, cloud servers, and VPNs.
· IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide on-site and remote IT support for
hardware, software, and networking issues.
· Microsoft 365 & Cloud Services: Set up, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, cloud hosting solutions, and domain/email configurations.
· Security & Surveillance Systems: Install, configure, and maintain firewalls and CCTV systems.
· Structured Cabling & Termination: Perform cable pulling, termination, and faceplate installation for networking projects.
· System Optimization & Maintenance: Ensure optimal system performance, security, and data integrity.
· Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, troubleshooting procedures, and network configurations.

Requirements & Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, networking, and system administration.
· Strong knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN), firewalls, Microsoft 365, and cloud hosting.
· Experience in hardware/software troubleshooting, CCTV installations, and structured cabling.
· Familiarity with domains, website hosting, and DNS management is a plus.
· UAE driver’s license is mandatory for on-site client support.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team to resolve complex IT issues efficiently.
