Paragon Group is expanding and looking for a skilled, certified, and vigilant Female Lifeguard to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates committed to ensuring guest safety and maintaining a secure environment.

Position: Female Lifeguard

📍 Location: Dubai
📝 Visa: Must be on own visa
🚀 Join Date: Immediate
🛑 Only certified female candidates currently in Dubai will be considered

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor swimming areas and ensure the safety of guests

• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies

• Enforce facility rules and safety guidelines

• Provide First Aid and CPR when needed

• Report incidents and maintain safety logs/documentation

Requirements:

• Valid UAE-recognized Lifeguard Certification

• First Aid & CPR certification

• 1–2 years of lifeguarding experience (UAE experience preferred)

• Strong swimming and rescue abilities

• Excellent communication and observation skills

• Must be on own visa

• Ready to join immediately
