Position: Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of Customer Service experience in the Freight Forwarding industry (Sea/Air/Land Freight).
  • Must have prior experience working in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues from clients regarding freight forwarding services.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of shipments.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding shipment status, documentation, and customs clearance.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing efficient solutions.
  • Prepare and process necessary documentation for shipments, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet customer requirements and achieve business objectives.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, as well as update databases with relevant information.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed assistance to clients.
