Education: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, BSc, or BTech Computers Microsoft Certified Engineer (MCITP or MCSE) is mandatory
Experience: 2 to 4 years of Desktop and Server support experience Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 and 2019/R2 Active Directory, and Exchange administration, SQL Administration In-depth understanding of CAD, AUTOCAD and Revit software Basic knowledge of Biometric machines, CCTV DVR & NVR Basic knowledge in Backups on SAN, NAS storages and Tape drives Proven diagnostic problem-solving and solution development capabilities required
