Position: Growth & Strategy Lead

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Marine Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (mandatory)

• 5–8 years of experience in strategy, business development, or related roles in the construction or marine sector

• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor analysis

• Proven skills in business development and client relationship management

• Experience in marketing and media campaigns and performance analysis (ROI)

• Certification in Strategic Planning or Business Development is a plus

Job Description:

• Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the company’s portfolio in marine construction (breakwaters, dredging, marine infrastructure)

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to anticipate trends and opportunities

• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

• Manage relationships with media outlets, PR agencies, and external partners

• Lead participation in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, government authorities, and private developers

• Oversee the preparation and submission of tender proposals

• Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and execute strategic plans

• Integrate innovative technologies and best practices to enhance services and efficiency

• Assess risks associated with new growth initiatives and marketing campaigns
