Position: Technical Service Manager

Education: Bachelor degree in engineering with relevant managerial

Experience: in the same field for at least 3 years is a must Basic knowledge in finance and strong operational experience to manage services Machine material interaction experience is a plus

Skill: Strong communication skills

Responsibility: Manage customer relationship from the technical side Support resolution of technical issues by planning the resources in timely manner Recruit competent technical resources Drive the technical team in create solution and fact-based value proposal Work closely with Sales team and Quality Assurance team targeting high level of customer satisfaction Build department KPIs to present technical service as a value added to our customers
