Position: Quality Controller
Industry: Furniture Manufacturing Factory
Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role in an Interior Fit-Out/ Furniture (Interior/joinery/metal/printing) Manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:
1) Conduct inspection in all levels as per company inspection plan.
2) Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection as and when required.
3) Control client-approved samples.
4) Identify NC and coordinate with production/installation for corrective action.
5) Conduct site installed items inspection as per ITP, MS
6) Do an internal snag list for the installed items before finally handing over
7) Provide necessary information to QA/QC Manager for quality-related issues.
8) Support QA/QC Manager for calibration and controlling measuring equipment.
9) Support production for identification and traceability.
10) Follow Company IMS for inspection.
11) Coordinate with store / Procurement dept. for incoming inspection.
12) Maintain all records as per ISO standard.
Location: Jebel Ali- Dubai.
Joining: Immediate
Salary: AED 4,000 to 5,000 (Subject to Work Experience)
